When booking direct with Quadmania Ltd, all groups of more than 8 persons or over must provide a deposit of 25% of the event price. Final numbers of participants must be notified at least 3 days prior to the event, otherwise the reservation for the original numbers of the group will be charged in full.  Balances are payable 3 days prior to the event date. If the booking is within 2 weeks of the activity date, or for individuals or groups less than 8 persons, credit or debit card details will be required as a 25% deposit. If any individual or group member fails to turn up on the activity day, full payment is payable.

If the cancellation is made 3 days prior to the event there will not be any charge for balance payments. If the cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the event full payment must be settled for any members cancelling, however you will be able to reschedule to another date. If the cancellation is made within 24hrs prior to the event balance payments must be paid in full for any members cancelling and a new booking will be necessary to reschedule to another date.

All safety equipment is provided for all activities. Protective clothing such as gloves, jackets and waterproofs are also provided if required. All activities are led by qualified, experienced instructors.

All persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and must be supervised throughout the activity. On arrival one guest from each group is asked to complete an indemnity form relating to all members of that party for each activity undertaken. At the same time a credit card swipe is taken as a deposit against damage. 

Mammoth Quad ATV Treks are weather dependent, therefore, 2 hr treks may be substituted on the day of the activity. A refund for the difference will be given.
No previous experience is required for any activities listed except the Big Quad ATV Trek Advanced. All activities can be adjusted to suit each person’s ability.
ATV Quad Bikes are all automatic gearing, therefore user friendly.
